Risk and delivery intelligence for Australian mid-market businesses

The risks are already in your data. Someone still has to decide.

RAIDIANT reads your project, finance and document systems, drafts the risks it finds with the evidence attached, and puts every card in front of your Risk Chair to accept, defer or reject. Nothing enters the register without a human decision.

§ 01 — The problemRAIDIANT

Most risk registers are a spreadsheet nobody has opened since the last board meeting.

The evidence is scattered.

Budget variance lives in Teamwork. The contract clause lives in Drive. The resignation email lives in someone’s inbox. No one is reading across them.

Discovery is manual.

Risks surface when they become issues. By then the register is a post-mortem, not a control.

Accountability is vague.

When everyone can edit the register, no one owns it.

§ 02 — How it worksRAIDIANT

AI drafts. Your Chair decides. Every step is logged.

01

Connect.

Link Google Workspace, Teamwork, and the systems your business already runs. Read-only where possible; scoped where not.

02

Draft.

RAIDIANT’s engines read the data and draft risk cards: a specific title, a plain-language description, a severity, and an evidence chain pointing to the exact source.

03

Decide.

Cards land in AI Draft, visible only to the Risk Chair. The Chair accepts, defers with a review date, or rejects with a reason. Only accepted cards reach the register.

04

Calibrate.

Every decision and reason is retained. Over time the drafting calibrates to your Chair’s risk tolerance, so the board reflects how your business actually judges risk.

RAIDIANT does not accept, close or escalate anything on its own. That is the point.

§ 03 — The ladderRAIDIANT

Start with one register. Grow into the single source of truth for risk.

RUNG 1

Solo Chair.

One Risk Chair, one register, seven default lanes. Your first board-ready register in an afternoon.

“Project Alpha tracking to 18% budget overrun at current spend rate.”

RUNG 2

Connected Chair.

Integrations live. Cards generated from real data, not memory.

A contract renewal date surfaced from a Drive folder nobody had opened.

RUNG 3

Team Register.

Lane Owners see and annotate their lane. Chairs decide. Collaboration with accountability intact.

Finance adds context to a card; the Chair still makes the call.

RUNG 4

Integrated Organisation.

All integrations, full document context, continuous re-evaluation. One register the board can trust.

A risk re-scored the day the underlying data changed.

RUNG 5 — ROADMAP

Skills-Enhanced.

Domain libraries from the marketplace — employment law, NDIS, ISO 27001 — plugged into the same engine.

An award-rate change raised as a card the week it takes effect.

§ 04 — SecurityRAIDIANT

Your risk data is the most sensitive thing you own. We built for that.

Platform-managed encryption

Starter, Growth

Encrypted at rest and in transit, tenant-isolated databases, signed audit log. The trade-off is disclosed, not hidden.

RAIDIANT Zero

Professional, Enterprise

Client-managed keys and zero-knowledge processing, designed so that no single RAIDIANT operator can access client data.
